Set on a 5-acre tropical rainforest property Rainforest Hideaway offers unique jungle-style accommodation. The property is entirely solar-powered and the gardens are decorated with handcrafted sculptures. The tour desk can organise jungle surfing night walks horse riding and cruises to the Great Barrier Reef. Guests can enjoy a traditional Thai massage in the gazebo that overlooks the fish pond. All accommodation and furniture has been handmade by the owner. Each features a private bathroom barbecue basic cooking facilities and a patio with beautiful rainforest views. Rainforest Hideaway is 1 minutes’ walk from the Jungle Surfing Canopy Tours and Jungle Adventures Nightwalks Booking Centre. Cape Tribulation is a 10-minute walk and Thornton Beach is 15 minutes’ drive away.
